With room for 4 people, the place is ideal for couples, families, friends and business travelers. Your reservation includes complimentary concierge service, and preferred access to some of the best beach clubs in Tulum.

The Space:
This beautiful 2 level condo is our sanctuary of tranquility. Echo chic and brand new villa that offers you the holiday feel with the comfort and conveniences of home. Located in Aldea Zama, the most gorgeous and popular residential area in Tulum you are just one bicycle ride away from Tulum's breathtaking beaches.

On the ground floor you will find a large open concept living-dinning room with wall to wall glass doors that opens up to your own beautiful private garden oasis. In the garden you can cool off in your private dipping pool, enjoy a cocktail on the lounge chairs, swing and dream away in the hammock and just let yourself enjoy the beauty that surrounds you.

Here you will also find a lovely outdoor sitting area with a beautiful sectional, where you can sip your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, while surrounded by beautiful nature. If you like to BBQ your meals, we have a charcoal BBQ for your convenience.

Inside the condo you can relax on the comfortable, large sectional, with a cocktail and watch your favorite shows or movies on the 65 inch Smart HDTV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The space is design to be in harmony with nature and you will find many naturals elements throughout. The kitchen is open to the living-dinning area and is fully equipped with all you need for cooking your delicious meals, coffee or fresh smoothies.

The bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own private full bathrooms. You will find a 55 inch Smart HDTV in the master bedroom with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The unit has great WIFI fiber optic throughout.

The unit also comes equipped with all you need to enjoy a day at the beach - 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas and a cooler.

And if you are one of those who like socialize with new friends or meet people, there is also a beautiful rooftop area at the top of the complex with a very nice infinity pool and grill where you will enjoy great sunsets or early morning coffee at sunrise.

The building has security guard at the entrance as well as security cameras at the front and in the common areas. Let us share this beautiful house with you, and call this place "Your Home" for the duration of your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the shared condominium amenities. Additionally, enjoy preferred access and special deals at Ahau, Chiringuito & Ether beach clubs by reservation in advance directly with us.

The Neighborhood:
Aldea Zama is the most famous residential area in Tulum! It is the closest residential area to Tulums amazing beaches. Aldea Zama also has its own commercial area with boutique stores and restaurants a 3-5 minute walk away from the condo. The only master planned area in Tulum. You can drive or cycle to downtown (5 mins drive) and to Tulum's beach road (5 mins drive) where you will find an infinite variety of restaurants and nightlife, beaches, beach clubs and more.

On the beach side (10 mins) you can find public beaches, beach clubs, National parks, ruins, water sports, and more. Close by there are ruins (Tulum, Cobá, Muyil, etc), lakes, cenotes, mangroves and of course more beautiful crystal clear white sanded beaches. We look forward to hosting you!

Getting Around:
The beach is about 10 minutes away by car or bicycle (Tulum has an infinite number of speed bumps so a bicycle is a very good way to get to the beach and easier to find parking!), the beach road is quite long, you could take about 30 minutes crossing from the whole beginning to the end. Tulum downtown 'pueblo' is just 5 minutes away. Taxis within downtown should charge you based on where you are and where you are going-but it is a negotiation each time. Always ask the price and agree before getting in a taix. If you need a taxi to pick you up we have some taxi contacts we can provide you, all of them use messaging apps.
