Enjoy coffee on your private patio while watching the kids swim in the pool. Our Villas are 2 minutes from Silver Dollar City and 18 minutes to the Branson Strip.

Enjoy all the semi-private amenities of the Villas like the saltwater pool, saltwater hot tub, game room filled with fun things to play, two BBQ areas on property, and the glass terrace overlooking the pool with gas fire pit table. As our guest, you also have complete access to all the Resort amenities like 4 boat docks you can swim & fish from, 2 boat launches, 2 other swimming pools & hot tubs, a basketball & pickleball Sport Court, FREE Kayaks on C-Dock, shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball, and over a mile of lakeshore to explore.

Our Villa has everything you need, just bring food, beverages, coffee for regular coffee maker, and beach towels. We provide bath towels; we just ask that you don't use those at the pool or docks. We are Dean & Jean, and we love to share our lake properties with people who appreciate the LaKe LiFe. We love to travel and usually gravitate to the water wherever we go. We love the beaches, the mountains, and everywhere there is a lake, river, or stream to play in. Jean was born and raised in the Philippines and earned her USA Citizenship 9 years ago, Dean was born and raised in Chippewa Falls, WI on Lake Wissota, the home of Leinenkugel's. We've made Table Rock Lake our home for the past 19-years. We spent the last year building our New Table Rock Villas for everyone to enjoy, and we are so happy how the Villas turned out. They are over-the-top, even exceeding our expectations! We thought of everything our Family would want if we were traveling to the lake, and we put it in the Villas for you to enjoy!

Not only are you 10 steps from the Private Villa heated saltwater pool & hot tub and 8 steps from the Private Villa Game Room with pool table, shuffleboard table, basketball Hot-Shot, video games, darts, foosball and exercise room, but you also have access to ALL the Resort public amenities, including 2 more swimming pools & hot tubs, 4 docks you can swim & fish from, 2 boat launches, a pickleball/basketball Sport Court, and FREE Kayaks!

When night comes, the Villas become alive with LED special lighting all over the property to keep the pool party going late into the night. Bluetooth stereo at the outdoor kitchen provides the music you love most, just connect your phone and dance into the night. Boat slip available for those bringing their boat at an additional fee. The Resort has 2-boat launches, one of them just 1 block from the Villas and plenty of trailer parking near the boat launch or at the front desk area. If you like amenities while traveling, this is your place!
