Our guest suite is the perfect solution for on-the-go travellers who like to dine out and explore but need a quiet place to rest at night. This listing is a first floor two room studio (bedroom and large bath) and does not have a living room or full kitchen. The suite has a dining area and snack bar with microwave, hotel fridge, toaster, and coffee maker with free coffee & snacks. There is a comfy KING size bed, and a 40" ROKU enabled tv with access to Amazon Prime/Netflix/Disney/Hulu and HBO, and a blu-ray player. Please bring your own logins to access other premium streaming services. We offer Free hi speed wifi as well. The extra large bathroom features a jetted tub and double-head walk in shower, double vanities and a sound system, perfect for getting ready for a night out. There is a private entrance through a secured small courtyard/smoking area. We are a 30 minute walk to the Superdome, 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street. This is a completely private space with its own entrance, in a building occupied by one set of other guests, and the hosts.

Although we are a new listing on VRBO, we have been welcoming guests since 2015 and have had over 300 stays with an average 4.94/5 rating.
