The third bedroom is located on the second floor and is called the "Turtle Room". This spacious room is equipped with 1 Queen bed and 1 Full/Full bunk bed, TV, and private full bath with combination shower/tub, vanity and commode. The Turtle room has a bay view from the large window.
The large 37ft x 11ft first floor gulf deck is made using splinter free Trex decking, overlooks the gulf beach and is equipped with a 5-person hot tub with lights and a waterfall feature.

A beachfront POOL is also being added along with a spacious deck extension. The pool deck area is 36 x 24 ft, with a 21 x 11 ft pool. This fabulous beachfront pool features shallow water lounging areas and a 4 ft swimming depth. Guests may add the optional pool heater service* for $255 plus tax in cool weather months. The deck will also be equipped with an outdoor dining area and has a safety gate near the entrance door to enclose the area.
