Spread out over 2,200 square feet, this pristine, two-story vacation rental boasts updated furnishings and the best amenities on Perdido Key! Start your days with breakfasts prepared in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Enjoy our outside to relax on your furnished, screened-in balcony—the perfect spot for those lazy afternoons. This villa also offers four luxurious bedrooms including a main ensuite with a king-size bed and full private ensuite bath. You will also enjoy two guest queen size rooms one with a private ensuite full bath and one with a hall bath. The kid friendly bunk room has one full size and one twin beds and also features a private ensuite full bath. Host provides a high chair and pack 'n play and two baby gates for stairs.

This villa is part of the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club in Perdido Key. The beach is a very short walk away, or allow the Resort Shuttle to pick you up and drop you off free of charge. Enjoy the screened upstairs patio for all year use with incredible resort views.
Resort guests are offered the option to purchase beach chair service at the Beach Club, see attendant to pay upon arrival. Guests can also use the 8 chairs and umbrellas/sun shades in the garage.
Guest can carry one chair each + small beach items and a small cooler on the shuttle.

We offer the use of our 6 passenger street legal golf cart for $450/reservation + fully refundable security deposit of $500. The cart can be used to drive inside the resort community on streets, play golf, drive on River Road to several restaurants and to certain public beach access points and passenger drop off at the Beach Club. Great Spot for Family Vacation

Home was spacious, very clean, shuttle was fast/friendly but also a good location for walking to the pool/gym. Perdido Key has great restaurant options for families and lots of activities nearby - recommend the dolphin sunset cruise!

Perfection!

We had a wonderful week with our daughter and grandchildren. The property is so child friendly. We loved our rental. Everyone had room to spread out. The shuttle was so handy and the drivers so nice. We will definitely be back!

This beautifully appointed abode has plenty of room for a large family, all of the amenities (both within the condo and on the resort) and boasts a prime location to sand, surf, sun, food and entertainment. Family Reunion

Had a wonderful time despite the weather. We did a lot of cooking and baKing and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the silverware and there was plenty of it. The beds were also very nice. All in all a good stay.

We had a great time, the house is very spacious and very well appointed. Management is very quick to answer and everything was easy and seem less. We will definitely be back to stay there again! Highly recommend Fisherman's Corner restaurant too!

Fantastic beach and golf property

Family of five had a wonderful time using this property. It was extremely clean, well equipped , labeled and wonderfully furnished. Close to the golf course and swimming pool. We utilized the shuttle to the beach club which had hot showers. Property managers were very helpful and regularly checked in to see all was well. The entire family look forward to renting again.

Great House

Our second year at this property. This is such a great place. The house was clean, organized, and has everything you'll need for a great week. There are two bikes, beach toys, a sand tent, chairs and a fully stocked kitchen- crockpot, blender, tupperware, pots, pans. The gas grill is great and sits on a nice patio! We love having the option to go to the pool and the beach! Such a great area too! Loved seeing the Blue Angels and sunsets at Sunset Grille.

Everything was awesome. Communication was amazing and the house was very clean and fully supplied. Only two suggestions I have would be that each bedroom needs to have a TV and an ice maker in the kitchen would be very helpful. We will be back!

Very Nice

Property very clean and beautifully decorated. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. The checklist to depart is a bit extensive and time consuming considering the cleaning fee that is already charged. I truly believe the extensive fee awareness notes through out the unit could be handled differently. I have never experienced this with the hundreds of bookings we have stayed at in the past. Again very nice and wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful home excellent stay

Loved the home and overall experience of our stay. We did have a few miscommunications, which were all answered and fixed. However there was several different dates and times given (trash pickup and time to check in and out) so just confusion on our end. DeeAnna said she would get information straightened out. We did feel a little rushed leaving once we noticed Deanna at the property next door(which no one was in) 30/45 mins before our check out time. Other than those issues we had a wonderful time and a beautiful home and very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic Location, Skip the Golf Cart

Perdido Key and the Florabama shore didn’t disappoint. Lost Key is a great gated neighborhood for kids. The condo was fantastic with a view of the 5th hole. The golf was great also, not a forgiving course. Lots of great restaurants in the area also. Skip the golf cart rental, as it was more of a headache than anything. I was accused via text while at the beach of “joy riding” on the golf course after hours by the rental company on our first day and informed I was being fined $250. I was forced to leave the beach and clarify with the golf club, who in turn told me “it was the guys from last week.” I went the next morning to my scheduled tee time and spoke with the course manager, who made things right by giving us free club rentals for the week for my brother and free boxes of golf balls. The rental company texted “sorry” and put the miscommunication on the golf club after accusing me and telling me they had me on video. Later in the week, we were informed that the golf cart wasn’t allowed to be parked in the parking spaces at the resort pool. We were informed that the resort was upset about golf carts taking up parking space and would tow the golf carts. The rental company refunded us the last 2 days of the cart fee due to the pool parking problems. Overall, the area is beautiful, the neighborhood was great for kids, the golf was enjoyable, the food was fantastic, communication from the rental company could have been much better, BUT skip the golf cart rental.

Fall Break with the In Laws

Very simple process. DeeAnna was incredible start to finish. Property was better than expected and I am difficult to impress. We have stayed in several properties in Lost Key. This was by far the best!!!
