Family weekend getaway

We stayed here for the weekend, it was part of a longer stay. It was a nice place, comfortable beds, there are security cameras in the living room so if you sleep in there you will be watched while sleeping ( there were 9 of us so this is where my son slept), when we were checking out the power went off in the whole house. We wound up forgetting a couple of body pillows. The host was always responsive right away through our whole trip. When we realized we had left our pillows a couple of hours later it took awhile for our host to respond and was told per contract everything left is thrown away. So I went back to try and get them and only the older of the two was in the trash. It did everything we needed it to do for our stay. They did allow a couple family members to come over and visit.
