The Space:

With two queen-size beds in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a cozy sofa bed in the living room, there's plenty of space for family or friends. Paid parking in the building, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Arlington Crystal City, just south of the Pentagon, this area is popular for its strategic location in the heart of the commercial district. Surrounded by large business buildings, it’s an ideal zone for corporate professionals, especially with its proximity to the airport. It offers easy access to Washington D.C., making it a perfect spot for both work and leisure.

Getting Around:
Located just blocks from the Pentagon City and Crystal City Metro stations, our property offers excellent connectivity. It's near Reagan National Airport and Potomac Yard, and conveniently close to the ART87P bus line. Additionally, you'll have easy access to the major highways, including Route 1, I-66, I-395, and the George Washington Parkway.

Other Things to Note:
We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation

The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement

We do not provide washcloths

Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.

To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space, only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
