Just 10 mins from Reno-Tahoe International Airport, 32 mins to Mt Rose Ski Tahoe, and 45 mins to Incline Village. Fireworks in the summer, hot air balloons in the fall, and beautiful sunsets year round can be seen from the living room, primary bedroom and back patio.
