Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright and welcoming open living area that brings in a refreshing ocean vibe. The cozy sofas, one of which converts to a queen-sized bed, ensure there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. A TV is ready for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The dining area comfortably seats 4, and the kitchen bar with 2 stools is ideal for casual meals or morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, and blender, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy snacks during your stay. The primary bedroom is a retreat with a king-sized bed, TV, and its own half bath for added privacy. The hallway bunk with a full bed provides a cozy spot for kids or extra guests. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
