You'll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. All baths are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs!

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners.
The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 6 guests.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home as well as to a private backyard with a grill, jacuzzi, and fireplace. Also in the backyard, you will find a mini golf and Basketball Arcade game set that provides an enjoyable recreational option for guests and their companions. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home!

This house is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step onto the designed smoking area and enjoy!
Absolutely no parties and smoking are permitted on our premises. To ensure compliance, we have implemented extensive security measures including outdoor cameras, video doorbells, as well as noise, smoke, and party crowd event detectors within each property. Any violation of these rules, resulting in the activation of any detector, will lead to immediate eviction without the option of a refund. We extend courtesy and respect to all our guests and expect the same in return for our properties.
Charges and penalties:
1. Early check-in(1:30 pm)— 100$ (after the request is approved - not guaranteed).
Late check-out - 25$ each 30min. after 10 am.
Need to request in advance. If you don't request and pay or cleaning team will arrive at 10:30 a, with no warning or call and access to house with a key.
2. We are a residential, not commercial building. Doing commercial business - 300$ fine and immediate cancelation without any refund.
3. No parties allowed. Fine 1000$ and immediate cancellation without any refund.
4. Smoking on the property or in the house is not allowed - 750$ fine. Second time- cancellation of the booking.
5. We do not offer the option to receive letters or parcels during your stay.
6. You can make changes to your arrival/departure dates only in the direction of decreasing within the first 48 hours after booking or up to 30 days before the arrival date.
7. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1000$.
8. Using the Jacuzzi at night, after working hours(10 am-10 pm) fine of 250$.
9. Violation of quiet hours (10 pm-9 am) fine 250$
10. Fee for losing/stilling/damage garage remote is 350$.
11. We have 2 parking spots. One is gated inside the garage and the second one is on the opposite side of the house with wood manual opening gates. Video instructions you will get after the booking.
