About this property

Luxury Lakefront Condo, 3 Pools, 1 BR/2B - Remodeled!

Our unit was recently renovated in May 2021. There are new cabinets, appliances, countertops, floors, shower and tub.

Monarch Cove Condominiums are located on Horseshoe Bend and on the two-mile marker of the Osage by water. Our unit has 1170 square feet of living space, with a large wrap-around deck. Just a short walk away is a lakefront heated pool and hot tub. There is a lighted waterfront promenade for walking, or to access other buildings and boat docks. Please note that you will have to walk down two flights of steps to reach the unit. There is no elevator access down to the unit. You can walk down the walkway to the elevator and do one level down, but still have to walk down one flight of stairs.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and direct access to the deck. The sleeper sofa in the living room has a new memory foam mattress, which sleeps very comfortably. The unit is beautifully furnished .

The condominium has two sets of sliding glass doors in the living room, which provides a wonderful view of the main channel. There is a gas fireplace for those chilly fall nights. The dining room and kitchen have all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. You will not be disappointed in this spot for a great vacation!

Nice Place!

Nice property on the lake with nice pool areas and lake access. Condo was spacious and clean with updated appliances and furnishings. Bed was comfortable and the patio area was furnished with a nice table and chairs. The host was easy to work with and there was plenty of parking. We stayed three nights and were very happy with the accommodations.

Beautiful place and family friendly

Host is very easy to reach. The condo is beautiful and has everything you may need. Short walk to wonderful (and never crowded) pool and hot tub with lake view. Security was always present keeping the place pretty quiet. Our younger kid loved the pool and the teen loved the games and books.

Amazing and Charming getaway

We stayed to house hunt and fortunately found Lisa's condo. The location is an easy drive from Jefferson City. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We were fortunate to be there through snow storm, but it was so pretty we didnt mind. My favorite thing....the shower! The shower is amazing with a huge rain shower head and handheld one. Soooo relaxing. Thank you Lisa. If i get the job, i will be sure to use it again.

Beautiful

The listing stated that the property had a jet tub, this had a soaker tub not a jet tub. I rented this specific property expecting the jets. We had a wonderful stay however I would have chosen a different property based on the type of tub. I was specifically looking for an in unit hot tub or jet tub. I was disappointed. The listing should be changed. Other than this you have a beautiful unit and I would choose this unit again if I was not looking for a hot tub in the unit.

My 2nd time at Lisa's condo

I love the condo. I love the location. I tried a couple of new restaurants and did a lot of hiking at the 2 state parks. I spent a few stress free days and left rested and recharged. I'm already looking forward to my next trip. The owner, Lisa is great to work with.

Wonderful Ozark Getaway

What a wonderful condo to stay in! We have stayed in multiple Monarch Cove properties and this is the best one we have ever stayed in by far. We hold a high bar for cleanliness and the condo met those. The renovation was so well done and the condo itself is beautiful. Lisa was very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t wait to plan another trip here!

Beautiful condo

If possible, the condo is more beautiful than the pictures. The shower is amazing. The soaker tub, amazing. The finishings are over the top. Just a few steps from the smaller pool, which I almost always had to myself. Just a great, relaxing place to stay. The host was great. Check in, so easy. I only had 3 days, but can’t wait until I have more, to go again.
