You will also be ideally located to explore a myriad of adventures from delicious waterfront restaurants to eclectic shopping options, nearby hiking trails, and long scenic drives along the rugged coastline. Magic Sands Beach Park, named for way the sand “magically” appears and disappears with the changing of the tides, is simply a stroll across the street. Keolonahihi State Historical Park is a quick drive up the road, and downtown Kailua is a short and scenic drive up the coast.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Dedicated garage parking for 1 vehicle
• Visitors parking available but NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
Attention: For safety and cleanliness, infants who are not potty trained are not permitted in the pool. Please use the designated kiddie pool for children who are not potty trained.
Please note: Any accidents in the pool will result in a closure of 5-7 days for cleaning and a $2,500 fine. Diapers, including swim diapers, do not prevent contamination from occurring.
