The six-bedroom main house has fantastic water views and is excellent for entertaining or relaxing with family or friends. The newly renovated lower level has an oversized in-law apartment with a bathroom and full kitchen. There is a large room to entertain with a full bar, watch sports, and walk onto the lawn in the backyard with a private beach. There is a third-floor living room with beds, couches, a TV, a full bathroom, and two bedrooms for a separate family or kids playroom so parents can relax. The property is on the best street on the private Lake Arlington Pond, with direct lakefront access, a private dock, and a 3-car garage. There is a firepit, a large deck, and a BBQ to enjoy the outdoors. This property is the best on the lake for watching fireworks on the 4th of July. Lastly, the fishing is terrific right off the dock for anglers. The property has a total of 9 beds, five couches (two have pull out beds)
