The house has a private bathroom in each of the three bedrooms and also has an additional bathroom in the living room. There is one bedroom upstairs with the other two on the first story. The first story also features a second living room with a fold-out couch and TV, perfect for movie night or game night.

Enjoy the lovely views seen through the sweeping ocean front panoramic windows. Retreat to the deck of this exclusive getaway and gaze at the twinkling stars from the hot tub at night. This home is located directly in front of the Nelscott Reef, known as the Pacific Northwest's "big wave" surf spot which comes to life at varying points in the fall, winter, or spring seasons. Professional surfers are known to travel to this destination when the conditions align. Whales can also often be seen spouting as they migrate.
This house includes a washer and dryer, gas fireplace, and multiple options for seating on the deck.

This house is only a short 0.3 mile walk north to the beach access down the street. Centrally located, the outlet mall and popular restaurants are very close by. The house is also equipped with a binder full of information filled with locals' recommendations for restaurants, hikes, and more.

An additional perk for this house includes a free rental for you or your family from the ZuhG Life Surf Shop as part of your stay (as weather allows). The surf shop is less than 2 miles from the house. Available rental packages are good for: surfing, bodyboarding, skimboarding, paddleboards, or kayaks and include wetsuit gear to keep you nice and warm in the Oregon waters.
