The home features four bedrooms, each designed with relaxation in mind. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an entrance to the deck. The three additional bedrooms are perfect for guests, with two offering queen-sized beds and one with a queen and twin bunk bed providing plenty of room for everyone.

Both bathrooms are modern, well-appointed, and stocked with essentials like towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Enjoy your morning coffee or hot coco on the expansive deck while soaking in the fantastic lake views. Whether you're dining alfresco, watching the sunset, or simply unwinding, the outdoor space is the perfect spot to take in the beauty of your surroundings.

-Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 pm to 9 am
-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 pm to 10 am
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
-If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
