This Farmhouse in McKinney is located at The RoseMary Wedding Venue property! It's a terrific 5-bedroom retreat with 6 queen beds total with in (5 bedrooms), perfect for your group to sleep and lounge when coming in for a wedding. WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, PARTIES OR ANY OTHER EVENTS in our lodging options! NO EXCEPTIONS so please do not ask! We do have exterior cameras and if any parties, events or gathering for more than the 12 occupancy, you will be asked to leave.Weekdays and some weekends are available to anyone, otherwise our wedding parties and their friends or families that we are hosting a wedding for at The RoseMary (on booked weekends) are priority for available dates! This is always first come first serve with no holds.
Please include the name of the wedding when requesting to book when coming in for a wedding. If you aren’t coming for a RoseMary wedding, please give us the details and the reason for your visit to McKinney. Only 12 guests allowed and absolutely no more! We are VERY strict on our max occupancy of 12. Please DO NOT book if you have more than 12 people or are planning to host a gathering! We are not suitable for before or after parties and is strictly prohibited. NO PETS!




House HAS A POOL BUT IT IS FOR a peaceful ambiance atmosphere and NOT for swimming. We do not keep the chemicals at safe levels for swimming! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, AC, and heating. With 4 bathrooms featuring showers and bathtubs, everyone will have their own space to relax. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. Downtown McKinney is 4.5 miles and worth doing a google search to see all of the fun things to do down there.
