Summary:
My beautiful brand new condo is located in prestegious Yorkville, walking distance to all the best shops on Bloor, Avenue Rd and Bay St. It is 1 block from the subway station as well and there is 1 free parking spot on site. It was fully furnished with brand new furniture in 2025 and has a large comfortable bed, a work desk, new kitchen, walk in shower and a large balcony.

Guests will have entire access to the condo with no shared spaces

Other Things to Note:
As this condo is for monthly stays only, linens and towels are provided but guests are expected to bring their own (Eg. coffee, hand soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper etc). I provide the real estate and the furniture and guests provide their own supplies.
