About the host
Hosted by Martin Rosenlund

Hi, im Martin. I love to hike with my dog and girlfriend, and if youre interested in local hikes without too much tourism id love to give you sometips. I also love to travel, and i always try to bring something to memorate the travels with me back home. Therefore you'll find art and souvenirs from South-america, africa and Asia in the apartment.
Why they chose this property
The apartment is located in the famous and protected "wooden house" neighbourhood of Stavanger city. Within a short walk from the apartment, you can explore "Old Stavanger City" with its small houses, beautiful gardens and narrowing charming streets. Or if youre up for an adventure outside of town, such as Preikestolen or Kjerag, its perfectly located for daytrips.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is well preserved, with the original facade from the early 1900s. We've tried to keep the same classical style inside, but also allowing for a modern home in terms of insulation and amenities.
