Serenity meets modern in this 3 bedroom, 1 bath log cabin. Sitting on 2.5 acres, the cabin is the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. You can take in postcard views from every window and the deck.
From late August through mid April, the unobstructed view of the northern Alaska sky will provide ample opportunities to take in the Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights). The cabin's location is out of Fairbanks's light pollution.
Come enjoy a peaceful experience in the heart of Alaska.

The cabin is nestled on the north side of Fairbanks, just 1/4 mile from the Alaska Pipeline overlook. Conveniently located 13 miles from Fairbanks International Airport and only 7 miles from shopping, groceries, and dining, it offers easy access to local amenities. Ski Land’s ski and snowboard area is less than 15 minutes away, while Chena Hot Springs is about an hour’s drive, and Denali National Park is a scenic 2.5-hour trip. Located right off the Steese Highway on well-maintained roads, the cabin is a perfect base for Alaskan adventures.

Guest access
The entire cabin will be accessible by guests except for the locked pantry which will be for the cleaners for the property, and the exterior water tank shed.
Other things to note
You must be able to climb stairs to access the front door of the cabin. Once inside the kitchen, bathroom, living area, laundry facilities and one bedroom with a king bed are on the first floor. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen.
The roads in Fairbanks and to the cabin are well maintained. We regularly have the driveway plowed in winter months. However, we recommend renting an AWD or 4WD vehicle for winter travel.
Ample parking on property, with vehicle plug-in for sub-freezing temperatures.

Since opening our doors to guests in 2022, we have jointly managed Aurora Ridge Cabin with a management company, welcoming nearly 200 separate bookings and hosting guests for more than 700 nights.
