Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.The apartment is located in the Royal Oceanic Tower.
Details are:

- bed and lounge area
- a sofa bed in the lounge area
- a good size balcony
- great onsite facilities including Gym, Pool, Sauna & Children's play area
- parking available
- 15 minutes walk to JBR Beach and Metro
- close to lots of shops and restaurants
- please be advised there's a construction nearby so if you are a light sleeper please bring earplugs

JBR beach is 15 min walk. Opposite our building is Le Royal Meridien resort with a private beach, 3 pools and a variety of Lebanese and Mexican restaurants. An entry costs about €30pp which could then get you a bed with an umbrella and a towel and you could redeem the total amount towards food.
JBR1 tram station is a 7 minute walk.
Dubai Marina Mall is a 10 min drive.
JBR beach is a 12 min walk and the underground free parking is available if you eat in one of the restaurants. You just need to validate your car registration number.
