Property Overview

Welcome to our spacious and comfortable home located on the beautiful Cocotal Golf Course. This four-bedroom four-and-a-half bathroom property is designed with both luxury and accessibility in mind, making it perfect for families or groups.

The ground floor spans approximately 280 square meters (3,000 square feet) and features a private pool with a waterfall and a large 40 square-meter (430 square-feet) patio.


Bedrooms and Beds

Our property offers a total of seven beds, Each of our four spacious bedrooms include large closets and clothing storage, smart TV with local channels, and the ability to log into your favorite streaming apps. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with your own individual AC unit. Indulge in luxurious high-pressure rainforest showerhead showers including triple-filtered water system for fresh and clean water throughout your stay.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, providing both convenience and luxury.


Disability Accommodations

We are proud to be one of the only Villas to offer accommodations for guests with mobility needs:

Ground Floor Accessibility: The entire ground floor is designed to be handicap accessible.

Ramp Access: A portable ramp to the main entrance allows for easy access to the home.

Wider Doorways: All doorways on the first floor are large than 32 inches, ensuring a more comfortable passage for guests in wheelchairs or with other mobility needs.

We offer the option to add an eighth bed (a fully-powered hospital bed) on the ground floor bedroom to accommodate any special needs.

Outdoor Spaces
Relax and unwind with a private pool with a waterfall, offering a serene space to enjoy the outdoors. The back of the house features a spacious 40 square-meter (430 square-feet) patio with patio furniture, perfect for lounging or entertaining.
