Perfect for families or groups, this retreat offers a blend of comfort and luxury, providing an ideal setting for a memorable seaside escape. - The home will sleep up to 10 with the use of the murphy bed -Guests will have full access to the home - 3 bed, 3 bath -Keyless entry -3 min walk to the beach- clearwater Beach only being a 12 min drive.

Beach is a three min walk
Pool heat is $40 per night
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there
Dogs are welcome if under 20lbs. There is a $150 pet fee for one dog or $200 for two dogs.

-Property is monitored by a ring camera at the entrance at the front porch and another camera on the northwest corner looking to the front yard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.

Great Location and Amazing Property

This was a great location and amazing property. It was everything we expected - a three families were able to sleep and enjoy themselves comfortably, while allowing plenty of options for activities. I would recommend this property to anyone, and would 100% re-book as well. Thank you so much!

Wonderful property

We were very pleased with how the house matched the description online! Everything we were looking for and more. The location on the water with dolphins to watch and jumping fish, plenty of room in the pool, ease of getting to the beach and restaurants with golf cart, all was awesome. House was clean and modern. Really can’t think of anything negative. We had a great vacation!

Great vacation house

Great location, just 2 blocks from the beach with golf cart and free parking at the beach. House was older than I anticipated but in good shape. 3 couples and a 2 year old was in our party, house could not accommodate any more than that. Pool was great. Would definitely rent house again.

Great Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at the Blue Bay Home! The house was spotless and had everything we could need. The heated pool was amazing (especially since it was a little cold for typical Florida) and my kids loved the little fountains! The golf cart was so handy for quick trips to the beach and back. We saw dolphins every morning out in the canal/bay area and lots of various birds. Overall it was a wonderful stay and given the weather wasn't too great, we definitely used the full capacity of the home and outdoor area!

Close walk to beach

The house was extremely clean, location was great, a few walking blocks to beach, golf cart accessibility was a plus. The only thing I can say is they didn’t have enough trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap for 4 days. Other than that the place was spectacular. View of bay on back with pool.

Perfect Indian Rocks getaway

House was perfect. Loved the sunrise views from the master overlooking the water. Lovely setting at night with all the lights automatically turning the back yard / patio into the perfect setting. Heated pool and dock to fish from were clutch. Nice golf cart included with rental made it easy to get around and to the beach. House comes with lots of beach chairs and supplies. Management company was great to communicate with and do a good job preparing the property for guests. Great location and neighborhood.

Perfect vacation spot

Our family of 5 adults and 1 nine month old enjoyed this vacation home. The view of the bay was beautiful and the dock was enjoyed for morning coffee and evening beverages. The pool was so nice and a great addition to the home. Not a large pool but very nice for after beach time. Short distance ( 2 blocks) to the beach and public beach access. Golf cart very handy with the little one. Beach items available in the home such as chairs, floats, umbrellas. Home was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Many homeowners are not in favor of the vacation rentals in the neighborhood, please be a good neighbor while there.

Best vacation yet

6 adults and 2 kids stayed at the Blue Bay Home for 5 nights and it was everything we needed. The location was amazing without the crazy traffic that Clearwater and other locations have. It’s right on the bay and we saw dolphins multiple times. We used the kayaks and paddle boards in the bay. The pool was a huge hit. It offered plenty of walking shallow areas for the kids and a spot to layout while still being in the pool. We used the golf cart to go almost everywhere local for shops, the beach, and meals. Management and maintenance were quick to respond when we had questions. The beach wasn’t even too crowded and was within a very short walking distance straight down the road from the house! The house has coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, 3 bedrooms and the kids loved the bunk beds, plenty of tv’s, 3 bathrooms each with a shower, washer and dryer, dishwasher… it was perfect! We took a dolphin cruise on Little Toot in Clearwater and went to John’s Pass one evening for dinner and saw multiple pods of dolphins there as well. The house was clean and we had the best vacation possible.

Priced Incorrectly

For what we paid, the property dose not meet the value/price intersection. Cleanliness issues, extremely uncomfortable beds (stains on mattresses, etc.), missing many major simple convenience items, pool heater issues not rapsonded too (very small). As a regular VRBO family of 6, we are confident that we know the difference between high end/high quality/well managed properties and mediocre rentals. This place is mediocre. We booked over xmas break and couldnt have been more disappointed. Considering the enormous amount of options in Clearwater/IRB, I encourage anyone to avoid this place and seek other options. We hate to see another family waste their money.

AMAZING STAY!!!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay in early April. The house was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The floor plan was very well thought out to accommodate multiple family members with three full bathrooms and plenty of spaces to sleep comfortably. My husband and I and our kids (ages 3 and 1) all shared the very large master at the back of the house. The room was large enough for us to all have our own space to sleep without the kids waking each other up. My 1 year old used the brand new Pack-N-Play provided. We were concerned about the noise level with the master being right off the patio and pool area, but the adults hung out in the evenings without a single noise issue waking our girls up. The pool was perfect, especially the splash pad area for the kids. We saw dolphins come by in the channel while lounging out back. The beach was a very short and easy walk across the street. Didn’t even need the golf cart, but it was still very useful to have. Used it to explore the neighborhood and get to a nearby park and nature trail. We will definitely be trying to book here again in the future!!!

Expensive for what you get

This home was smaller than the pictures show. We were 3 older couples. The small bathroom has barely enough floor space to dry off after a shower. No space for toiletries. The pool heater did not seem to be working and the firepit also did not work. Reported the firepit and pool heater and a maintenance man came but was unhelpful. The outdoor dining set only had 5 chairs and at least 2 of them were rusted through in places. The outdoor rugs were well worn and turned up in one corner which was a trip hazard. There was junk strewn along both sides of the house outside including a broken chair, electrical junk, and various building materials. When you pay this much, I'd expect top notch, was disappointed.

Great location and clean/updated property

We had very nice stay here with our family including kids. House was updated, had a great flow and multiple open spaces for hanging out. Master room was big with an amazing shower and very comfortable bed! The pullout couch there was a nice option to have as well. The pool was new and clean and we spent the majority of our time there. The swim up area and different levels was perfect for our younger kids. It was amazing being right off the bay and options to use the kayaks. The bay was nice and quiet and beautiful to watch the sunrise. So many outdoor sitting options including the gas fire pit at nice under the moon light. The availability of the go cart was amazing to have. Even though the beach was a two block walk, it was nice to use to haul the provided beach essentials like chairs, toys umbrellas and coolers. We did have some issues with the pool, but the management team was responsive and helped out quickly. Some feedback I would have is to have more cleaning essentials like more dishwasher cleaner and laundry cleaner. When we had some questions to the management team, they weren’t that responsive or quick, but some times they were. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and would definitely recommend and come back next year.
