This traditional family rancher is nestled in an authentic working vineyard with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. On this meticulously maintained property, you can observe the process of growing wine grapes before heading to nearby wineries to enjoy the finished product!

Your whole group can spread out comfortably across three bedrooms. With soft carpets, comfy beds, and plenty of space to unpack your belongings. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi, a makeup vanity with a large mirror, and a walk-in closet.

Take a scenic walk or bike ride along the serene country road, or drive to the town center to discover delicious eateries, wineries, cideries, and a distillery known for its premium spirits and artisan cocktails. Here are a few of our favourite activities to get you started:

✔ Local Wineries offer a taste of the Similkameen. Scattered throughout the Keremeos Valley, you can visit plenty of tasting rooms within a 20 km radius of the home.

✔ Memorial Park (3.8 km): The local Memorial Park has plenty to keep everyone occupied, including a playground for little ones, picnic areas, and the weekly summer Market on Wednesdays.

✔ Mariposa Fruit Stand (5.2 km): Discover why Keremeos is known as the “Fruit Stand Capital of Canada”. Browse an abundance of fresh, high-quality, locally-grown produce such as cherries, peaches, apricots, and more. 

✔ Grist Mill and Gardens at Keremeos (6.5 km): Enjoy a picnic and explore the working 1877 waterwheel-powered flour mill and grounds at Grist Mill and Gardens. 

✔ Keremeos Columns (9.2 km): Embark on a challenging hike through sagebrush country at Keremeos Columns Park, where you’ll be rewarded with a view of the amazing 30-meter-high basalt columns. Please note that access is restricted as the columns are fully contained on private land.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for four vehicles on the large driveway.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free wifi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace adjoining the living room. 

✹ FAMILY: Travelling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, high chair & children's tableware, plus toys/books suited for children under 5.

✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy.
