My wife and I had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for us in every way. It was very comfortable, cozy and as clean as they come. Mark was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions prior to booking. The location was perfect. It is close to town and just far enough away for some peace and quiet. We will definitely be booking here again.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is an association which belongs to HOLA. So we pay dues to maintain the roads and plowing. It also maintains the water access to Rangeley Lake where you can launch or keep a small boat. Also has kayak and canoe racks. Very nice swimming area with new dock and picnic tables and restrooms. Walking would take around 10 minutes and driving takes a couple minutes to get to.
What makes this property unique
I think our property is set right with our floor plan giving it a warming feeling with cathedral ceilings and a large loft upstairs for guests or kids can have their own space at times. I also like that we have a horseshoe driveway. This means you can drive in and drive out without having to back up. Works really good if you are pulling a trailer.
