I chose this neighborhood because it’s the heart of Old Tbilisi, full of history and charm. The apartment is in a traditional Georgian "Italian ezo", where neighbors chat over coffee, and you feel the true soul of the city. Everything—cozy cafes, wine bars, and iconic landmarks—is just steps away!

What makes this apartment unique is its location on Aghmashenebeli Avenue, a historic street built by Germans in the early 18th century. The charming pedestrian-only streets are lined with beautiful old buildings, cozy cafes, and restaurants where Georgian and Asian food cultures blend perfectly. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the famous Dry Bridge flea market, the vibrant Fabrika food court, and a unique House of Weddings just 5 minutes away.
