We enjoyed our stay. After a week’s stay in spring we felt like it was home. The unit was cleaned well, plenty of towels, easily accessible. The only thing that kept us from giving it 5 stars was the fact that we didn’t have access to a broom or vacuum. The spring sand was hard to keep cleaned up without any supplies.
The condo was perfect for our small groups quick ski weekend. Easy access to the lift and easy to ski back at the end of the day. Also walking distance to shops / restaurants was helpful for the evening activities.
Clean, garage parking, convenient to town, convenient to Snowflake ski lift. You can either walk to the lift or the yellow bus line to the Snowflake lift stops across the street and is a 2 min ride (uphill - if you want to walk). We skied back both days on the 4 O'Clock run and were able to stop across from the entrance to the condo. Perfect! Will hopefully stay again.
We stayed for a quick ski weekend and this was a great location. 5min walk to Snowflake lift…5min walk to town. We didn’t even need a car. Unit was fine for us. Could use a few updates but we had everything we needed there! And the property manager was responsive. There is underground heated parking which is nice if needed.
Great ski in/ski out rental that met the needs of our family. Check in was a breeze and access to underground parking made the cold snowy weather a breeze.
Love sundowner II. On site parking, hot tub, ski in access, proximity to town are all pluses. 5-10 minute walk to any restaurant or shop in town. Shuttle to snowflake and beaver run is just outside the door. The unit was clean and the beds comfortable. Roku TV and a lot of ice road truckers made evenings enjoyable. Will be back!
This place is perfectly situated between the slopes and Main Street. A short walk to Snowflake lift gets you on the slopes, and a short walk to town puts you in the middle of the shops and restaurants.
The condo is stocked with much needed items such as spices, laundry detergent, and shampoo. It was a good space for my family of 4 and the ski locker was a nice thing to have.
The checkin process was a little confusing and we were given the wrong code. Not a big deal, it was fixed quickly. Also, the lights in the master are not bright enough. It was hard to see in the closet. You can hear the upstairs foot steps if they have on ski boots in the morning. I was up already though so it didn’t bother me.
Overall, it was a great stay and those that want to ski Breck, this is a great place to stay.
Great location. Clean and comfortable. We parked our car Friday afternoon and and didn’t see it again until we left Sunday morning. Everything was within walking distance. If you want to go further out the free ride stop is right there.
Second time staying here. Great location as it is a 5 minute walk to snowflake lift and a 5 minute walk to mainstreet. The property manager was very responsive to a couple issues. Hope to be back again soon for a third stay!
Property was in very good condition. Gold bus stops across the street and takes you to Snowflake and Beaver Run lifts. Four O'clock trail can be skied to "Sunset" sign, then a very short walk to Four O'clock Road and the condo.
Great place to stay close to the mountain (snowflake lift is a 5 minute walk in ski boots). Pool and hot tub were really nice, inspite of the walk, which was no big deal. Only concern with this property is the dishware in the kitchen which was a bit limited. Othewise, we highly recommend this place.
This condo is in a great location for skiing and getting to town. The lift is a short walk (uphill), and the return is another short walk off the 4 O'Clock run. Hint: Stay to the right where the run splits for the gondola, and stop at the wood sign that says "Park Place".
Town is another 5-10 minute walk. Great access to restaurants and shopping.
The furniture in the photos does not match what is in the condo. The current furniture is not bad, but there are only 2 bar seats instead of 4.
The only disappointment was the loud upstairs neighbors. Not the voices, but the footsteps sounded like they wear their ski boots at all times. They must have had kids jumping around too, because you could feel the 'bang' reverberate through the walls to the condo floor.
This condo was perfect for our family of four. Each of our kids (one adult 24, and one teen 17) had their own bed and having our own room was a plus. The location is a nice short walk to the shuttle pickup or to the lift, as well as downtown. The condo sits between the Peak 9 chairlift and the gondola, and is a short drive to Peak 8.
Perfect location for your ski vacation in Breckinridge.
Nice stay right in the heart of Breckenridge. We were able to walk right to one of the ski lifts and downtown. Condo was in need of some updating, especially the front door but it was clean and beds/couch were really comfortable! Our 9 year old loved the bunk beds. The hot tub was a nice addition after a long day of skiing but make sure you rinse your suits out immediately, ours were ruined by the chlorine! Escape rooms and extreme sledding were so much fun for the kids, highly recommended!
Close to the lift. Big enough for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). Heated parking was awesome. We had a fun time and would stay again. The minor issue we had was the cable TV. Box and remote were there, but we couldn't figure out the system. Instructions would have been helpful.
This dated unit is well kept and clean. Nice price point. Biggest issue are the people upstairs, idk if they are owners but they stomped around all night both nights we were there from 11pm-3am. Strange
Our family stayed for a long weekend and the condo was well kept, delivered as advertised, and is in an excellent location to enjoy all the amenities of Breckenridge.
