Welcome to Mountain Star! Like a king perched on a throne, you can take in all the grandeur that is the Smoky Mountains and Wears Valley with mountains as your backdrop. This cozy cabin offers four well-appointed bedrooms, parking for 4 vehicles, and a beautiful gazebo overlooking the breathtaking mountain view.

The main level of this cabin features two bedrooms, a kitchen, and living area. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the tableware and cookware needed to make meal preparations a breeze. Seating for 10 is provided at two separate tables and an additional 3 at the bar so there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their favorite meal! The living area offers comfortable furnishings (one is a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping), Large flat screen tv that is equipped with Apple TV, and a gas fireplace just perfect for that relaxing evening in. The two bedrooms on this level each feature king size beds, flat screen TVs and attached bathrooms. Each of the bathrooms offer jetted tubs should you feel the urge to light some candles and spend a relaxing moment soaking in the bubbles.

Upstairs you will find the remaining two bedrooms, spacious game room, seating area and deck with a hot tub just waiting to bubble all your stress away! Relax in the seating area (which includes a futon for additional sleeping) and watch the big game on the large flat screen television, or shoot some pool on the pool table! Take turns on the multi-game arcade or just take in the views from the picture windows! The first bedroom on this level features a king bed and flat screen tv while the second offers a queen bed, two twin size beds, and a flat screen tv. At the end of the day gather your family around the custom built stone fire pit where you will create memories to last a lifetime telling stories and roasting marshmallows with your loved ones!

Amazing Stay with Family

My siblings 3 siblings, along with our mom, children and spouses stayed here for the weekend. We loved everything about our stay. It was a super easy check in, the kitchen has everything we needed and it was very spacious. The kids and adults loved the pool table, arcade game and especially the hot tub. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend away.

Family Reunion

We had the best time, so much space to all spread out and come together around the dining table! Plenty of parking for everyone, close to all kinds of fun and the most spectacular views, except in the morning unless you had your sunglasses. We did find out the morning of leaving that the blender is broken so no smoothies for breakfast. The vents also need a good cleaning as there was concern we were breathing in black mold that was all over the vents/covers, yuck! Loved the fact that 3 of the bedrooms had king sized beds. If we ever come back I would definitely want to stay at Mountain Star!

Relaxing getaway

Cabin is beautiful! Hot tub was great. Tons of deck area. Lots of square footage inside. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. There were plenty of towels and dishes. Trees had grown some since the pics, so view of the mountains was a bit obstructed. Overall a great place for a large extended family.

We really enjoyed our stay here.

The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the game room. Loved sitting on the deck relaxing. We noticed a family of kittens living under the front deck. Feel free to feed them, they were adorable. The only complaint I would have is the one master bedroom shower had really hot water. You had to almost turn it off for the water temperature to be tolerable which made the water barely come out of the shower head. Overall, we loved our stay here and plan on rebooking for our anniversary.

Just Wow!

The cabin was absolutely amazing. The scenery was above our expectations. We celebrated my husband's birthday. Our children and grand enjoyed themselves. So much to do in the area. I definitely recommend anyone for this property. We will be back soon.

Beautiful home. Cabin was in a fantastic neighborhood, close to nearby attractions. Lots of amenities within the cabin with tons of space for large groups. Great outdoor area as well.

The house is good we had a lots snow we have to cancel all things because the road is full of ice but we enjoy the house the only thing the showers has not lots water and is not a half bathroom we have to use inside the rooms

Beautiful view from 2nd floor balcony. Love the neighborhood. Not sure if it is because of new healthy and safety guideline or not, but there were no staples in the kitchen- salt, sugar, oil, etc.

Perfect Location

The property looked exactly like the online pictures. It was well stocked, clean and so much fun! Loved the fire pit, hot tub and pool table! The rocking chairs on the beautiful deck was a perfect place to watch the sunrise over the mountains!
