Only 2 blocks from Abbot Kinney this home is in walking distance to virtually anything Venice has to offer (yes, even Erewhon!) . The house has high and vaulted ceilings, and newly finished oak floors throughout. Beautiful French doors in the master and dining room, lead to stylish patios, allowing indoor outdoor living. The living room, with Smart TV and gas fireplace, features a cozy designer denim couch to relax after a long beach day. Unlike most bungalows, the master has a walk in closet and en-suit bathroom with separate shower and tub and small patio. The other bedroom features a stylish twin bed, a tasteful desk, as well as small closet. It's the perfect Venice experience for a couple, plus one kid or guest. There is plenty of parking available on the street, but also a dedicated parking spot behind the house
