This home features two spacious decks, three bedrooms, and two and a half baths, beautifully appointed home with sunrise views. Private dock with fish table & 50amp shore power, bring your boat. Just a five-minute drive from restaurants, Sunset Marina, Assateague Island, Frontier Town and many nearby golf courses. Enjoy fishing inshore or offshore, boating & nearby beaches.

Three (3) bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home, kitchen fully appointed with spices, coffee maker, coffee grinder, milk frother, juicer, hand mixer, waffle maker, pots & pans, plates and glasses and utensils.

The master bedroom has a king bed with its own bathroom and private deck overlooking the canal.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has two (2) twin beds (one twin is a trundle that pops up)

Each bedroom has its own flat screen tv to login and enjoy your favorite streaming services (Netflix & YouTubeTv are provided).

Bicycles can be provided, guests must provide helmets. Picnic table for crab feasts and gas bbq grill, outdoor propane fire pit, outdoor seating and string lighting for ambience. Grilling utensils and crab picking utensils provided, fully stocked kitchen.

Outdoor shower with hot & cold water to rinse off after a day at the beach. This lovely home provides a perfect family getaway that is close to everything. Two convenient public boat launches nearby.
