The condo itself is beautifully decorated 2br.2bth with a screened in lanai offering panoramic views of the golf course. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes ,cutlery,coffee machine and boasts stainless steel appliances and corian counters. There is a covered parking spot. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk in closet and full ensuite. The Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and there is another full bathroom adjacent to the Guest bedroom.The lanai is screened in and has a comfortable place to relax. Amenities include, 27 hole golf course, 6 clay tennis courts, 7 pools and a beautiful clubhouse.

Rusty and I came down to Naples and fell in love with the area and decided to invest in a condo in a golf and tennis resort style community as we both like to play tennis and golf.
Why they chose this property
We chose to buy in Heritage Bay because of all the amenities such as golf, tennis, 7 swimming pools, chickee bar, restaurants, and the gym.
What makes this property unique
We get to play unlimited golf and are able to transfer our golf membership to our renters if they stay for 30 days or more.
