The Space:
Our spacious apartment features large windows that let in warm sunlight, making it a perfect place to relax while enjoying the ocean views. The sunset views while dining are truly special and provide a unique experience that is rare to find.

With modern design, comfy beds, and a tranquil bathroom, the apartment is a peaceful retreat, designed to feel like home after a busy day. Step outside and you’ll find exciting activities waiting.

You'll have access to one parking spot. The beach is within walking distance, along with many dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Explore local attractions like the aquarium, parks, and more. Additional parking is limited.

The Strand, a scenic pedestrian and bike path, runs along the coastline and provides beautiful ocean views as you pass by beachfront homes. Downtown Manhattan Beach is the lively heart of the neighborhood, filled with upscale boutiques, trendy restaurants, and stylish cafes, perfect for shopping, dining, or enjoying a coffee outdoors.

The iconic Manhattan Beach Pier is a must-see, offering panoramic views, great photo opportunities, and fishing spots. For outdoor lovers, there are hiking trails at Sand Dune Park and water sports like kayaking in the marina. Golf enthusiasts can play at the Manhattan Beach Golf Club.

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.


We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

There is ongoing construction near the property, which may cause some noise. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
