Vacation Season in Cabo Frio - RJ
Large apartment (78.00 m²), airy and light, with two bedrooms, with maximum accommodation for eight guests, a large master bathroom - with luxury shower, hygienic shower - another secondary - with shower in the kitchen area. Large living room with TV, sofas and rocking chair and ceiling fan, large dining room with fridge and freezer (for guests who want to take frozen food, or possibly freeze drinks quickly) and ceiling fan, kitchen comfortable with stove, microwave oven, with all the accessories for the guest to cook, if it is their interest, such as pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, electric toaster, etc. Spacious double room with double bed, nightstand and new bunk bed for adults, dresser and mirror and ceiling fan. Single room with two double beds with new mattresses and pillows, a wardrobe and ceiling fan. All mattresses and pillows are new and have new protectors. Outdoor service area, wide and with space for drying clothes. A single parking space, without retention, and remote controlled gate.
First floor apartment, with only one flight of stairs with 20 steps. The apartment has three beach chairs, a parasol, new.
It is close to a square with toys for children, which need inspection by parents as to the state of conservation and maintenance.
It is close to grocery store, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher, cleaning supplies store and housing maintenance items.
Apartment that, prior to placement for seasonal rent, was for the owner's family use, inhabited by the current owner's parents and frequented only by family members. It is comfortably furnished, clean, but without luxury or ostentation.
Our interest is to provide our guests with moments of leisure, comfort and vacations at the same level of satisfaction as former users when visiting the apartment during off-season. We have already equipped the apartment with HD TV, "smart" to increase the comfort of guests.
