Our waterfront home is an easy few blocks to one of the best beaches in Vero where you have private beach access with parking privileges. Every room except bathrooms has a water view! This 4-bedroom en-suite house is perfect for a group or family getaway. Your well behaved, house trained dog is welcome. Relax on one of the covered porches … bird watch or look for manatee and dolphin. Kayaks are available for exploring in our cove on the Indian River Lagoon. Dock your boat at the Deep water dock with shore power for up to a 36’ boat in the backyard. Outdoor grill makes a cook out easy! Sleeps 10. Plenty of parking available. Beach chairs and Beach towels and Linens provided.

We have lived in Vero Beach since 1975 so this is home. My husband Pete is a retired Chiropractor and I just retired from being a tour director. After taking guests all over the Eastern U.S and Canada, I am ready to travel for fun with my husband! Since Vero is a great vacation destination, we decided to offer our house for others to enjoy so that we can also explore our country and the world. Hopefully this will be a win, win.
Why they chose this property
I love being surrounded by nature and I love sunshine. Yesterday I saw a dolphin and 2 manatees right in my backyard. I love the small town feeling. There are wonderful unique boutiques and eateries just minutes from my house. We also have a wonderful Museum and Theater in Riverside Park. Riverside Theater not only produces quality productions, they also have a Comedy Club on Friday nights and a Children’s Theater program. At the Vero Beach Museum of Art they not only put on major exhibitions they also offer Art Classes for adults and children. There are great walking trails and public tennis courts in the park as well. On the mainland there are opportunities for open pickleball and bridge. We have an Environmental Learning Center which offers Guided Kayak and Pontoon Boat tours along with other wildlife activities.
What makes this property unique
Our house is beautiful but also casual and comfortable. Staying here would actually give you the experience of living like a local in Vero Beach. I love that I see the water from every room. I also love the high ceilings and the light, open, airy feeling.
