About this property
Lakehouse - Sleeps 20 w/ free boat slip
About this space:
Welcome to your Morse Reservoir getaway. This updated, three-story lakehouse comfortably sleeps 20+ and is designed for groups, retreats, or relaxed family gatherings. We’re new to this platform as of January ‘24, but we’re experienced hosts with top-rated reviews elsewhere—just ask.
Inside, you’ll find spacious common areas, indoor hammocks, a full game room, and plenty of space to spread out. Outside, enjoy a quiet lakefront setting with a swim-out floating dock, kayaks, and direct access to all 3,000 acres of Morse Reservoir. There’s a small beach area by the water and three decks with lake views.
Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find a few restaurants, a bar, gas station, and convenience store. Groceries, shopping, and the public boat ramp are just minutes away by car.
Your stay includes a reserved boat slip—no extra charge.
Inside the House:
First Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining for 20, outdoor dining for 14+, and a bunk room that sleeps 10 with rollaway beds available.
Second Floor: Three queen bedrooms, one full bath, and a game room with pool, ping pong, and air hockey.
Third Floor: King-sized primary suite with private bathroom and deck access.
Property Layout:
The property includes four private units—think of it like a modern, multi-unit lakehouse. You're renting the largest space, which makes up about 70% of the property and includes all the primary living areas, decks, and gathering spaces. The unit is fully private and not shared.
Two other units are occupied by long-term tenants—quiet professionals who are rarely around. The fourth is the owners' unit. We’re usually only on-site for summer weekends and keep to ourselves (mostly out on the water). A privacy wall is installed between decks to keep your space separate.
There’s parking for 8 cars on-site, with overflow options nearby if needed.
What’s Included:
Private access to the full main house
Multi-level decks with lake views
One free boat slip
Kayaks
Game room
Custom digital guide with info on the house, boat rentals, local dining, and more
