Guest who booked the reservation must be present during the stay and is not allowed to book on behalf of someone else.

Please respect this vacation rental & treat it as though it were your own. We thank you. The owner thanks you.

No parties or special events allowed, unless previously discussed and arranged with the property management company.

Absolutely No Smoking Allowed. This includes vaping. (The smell lingers!)

----Pet Policy (If the property is pet-friendly)----

Pet Fee: $200 per pet (limit of one unless approved).

Pre-Approval Required: Guests must inform management before check-in.

Penalty for Unapproved Pets: $500 per pet if not disclosed, fee unpaid, or registration form not submitted before check-in.

Owner Exemption: Policy applies only to rental guests, not resident owners.

Registration Process: Guests must complete the pet registration form located at the bottom of your guest portal. Then either scan it or take a photo of it and share it through email or the booking channel messenger so we have the document on file.

Rabies Tag: Pets must wear a current rabies tag at all times.

Breed & Weight Restrictions: Restricted breeds include Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Chow, Husky, Malamute, Presa Canario, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf hybrids, and Catahoula Leopard. The property has a 25 lb. weight limit for pets unless otherwise specified.

Management Rights: Proof of vaccination may be requested if a pet displays aggressive behavior or bites someone.

For legal and safety reasons, please don’t exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM. Be sure to respect the noise curfew if there is one listed for the property.

Please don’t turn the AC below 70 degrees during the Spring/Summer. AC may freeze up if it runs too hard causing additional problems, such as the AC shutting down and us not being able to get an AC technician out to repair it right away. It will get HOT quickly.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. Departure time is 10 AM and Check In time is 4 PM.

If anything breaks or you can’t clean up the mess yourself, please call us right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.

If you move any pieces of furniture around, please, please put it back where it originally was before you depart.

Please start the dishwasher before you depart.

Please take out the trash before you depart.

*Guests are responsible for any unreasonable damages caused during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, and equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
