The space
Pet-friendly!
This is a Huge Home! With three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath. Huge kitchen, Dining room, two living rooms (the front room can has a 15 Foot Couch and can easily accommodate 15 people) one casual one formal. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. It also has a very large fenced in backyard. Please clean up after your pets.
This is the top level of an up/down duplex, very spacious and well-lit.
The Attached basement Apartment is also available for an additional price if it is not already booked. Please let me know if you need the additional space when you contact me.
Very easy access to the freeway to exit/entry, Quiet street with awesome views.
Guest access
Private living space the attached apartment has is fully self contained and has a separate entrance.
Guests will have their own driveway for off street parking and on street parking is ample year round. If you need more than 2 parking spots, please let us know beforehand.
A washer/dryer set is also available for you to use. Tide and dryer sheets provided at no additional cost.

The neighborhood
We have a two parks one with free tennis courts a 10-minute walk down the street.
There is a historic wild growth off-leash dog park that is called "Tanner Park" that is a 5 minute walk from the front door. This dog park is one of a kind in the Salt Lake Valley. It has wild growth, mild hiking and dirt trails.
This is a great exclusive part of Salt Lake City called "The Canyon Rim" Millcreek area. Homes in this area are very expensive. We have great freeway access, to I-80 and to I-215
It's a really safe area with a lot of joggers and bikers.
The Largest Jewish community in the Salt Lake Area is very close: Congregation Kol Ami Congregation Kol Ami. 2425 Heritage Way, Salt Lake City, UT. Being that this Utah, it's also close to many LDS churches.
Getting around:
UBER works great in Salt Lake area average charge from here to downtown is $10-$15
Other things to note:
This is a very dog-friendly neighborhood, but please keep your dog, if you bring one, leashed at all times.
Pets? Cats must use a litter box. No Aggressive dogs that have any history of biting or Barking Excessively.
