This Jacksonville Beach house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a brand new queen pull out sofa for two. 3.5 baths gives everyone room to take your time to a nice shower after a beach, or golf or any type of play day! Two sets of w/d, one of the first floor and the other on the 3rd floor. Short walk to the beach and relax in our new beach chairs, we also supply beach towels, umbrella and coolers! Great place to walk to one of the local restaurants for time with friends and family. This place is the PERFECT location. Only 8 miles to TPC and close to Mayo and UNF. come and relax on our deck or porch - a space for everyone. Welcome to our BEACH HOUSE!

Home away from home

Danna was an amazing host! She’s thoughtful and responsive. She has everything you need in the house. Her kitchen is fully stocked. She has all the towels and beddings. A grill, beach umbrella, and 6 beach chairs in the garage. There’s an outdoor shower in the yard and a full bath in the basement through the garage. We spent a full week at her townhouse with 2 teenagers and 2 dogs. The house is 5min. walking to the beach! Walking distance to various pizza, ice cream, coffee, restaurants, gyms, … . Very safe area! Aside from the beach, we loved hanging out on the deck and patio. We cooked on the stove, baked, grilled, and ate out! Dogs are allowed on the beach. I rinsed them off on the driveway and dried them out on the patio or the deck.

Location can’t be beat!! We love Jax Beach and also live in Jax Beach. It’s such a great neighborhood. Also, the pier is only a short walk away if you like to fish or surf!
