There is a large capacity washer and dryer. This home is one city block to a Sound Side beach, Baby Beach, with no waves and undertow. Safe for children. The gulf is two city blocks to the south. There are two adult bicycles, five beach chairs, a large cooler on wheels, and two kayaks. There is parking under the house that will keep your car out of the sun.
