Condo, 2 Bedrooms + 2 queen beds + Convertible queen bed, (Sleeps 6 adults total).

Located in the coastal neighborhood of Crystal Beach close to Henderson Beach State Park. Perfect for families, Caribbean Dunes 202 has close and easy beach access with a community pool and hot tub. There are two bedrooms and a queen size sofa bed that accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom has an adjoining bath with a whirlpool tub and the second bedroom loft has its own private bath. Both bedrooms have TV's and DVD players.

A fully furnished and equipped kitchen opens to a spacious living area complete with a TV and DVD player. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy a clear view of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach access is only steps away and across the street. Directly next door is the local favorite Camille's Restaurant. In addition, several outstanding beach side restaurants are just minutes away.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine on a walk or bike ride along Crystal Beach's bike path. For all the shoppers, you will be minutes from premier centers including the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Factory Stores.

Good location

This condo has a great location to beach access and close to shopping a golf cart distance away. Communication with host was excellent. The condo was clean and with everything you need just like your at home. Planning on staying with this host for next year stay.

Best spot in Destin!

Perfect location! Can sit on the balcony with a view of the gulf and can hear the waves! Less than a minute walk to the beach! Was absolutely perfect!

We had a great stay at the property, loved it!! Exactly as described, very close to the beach with a great view of the water and the unit was extremely well stocked with kitchen and beach items. Great Location

We came from Cleveland Ohio for a wedding. The resort and beach were very close, walking distance. The beaches were amazing and the house was very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend.

Nice Condo

We have stayed at Caribbean Dunes in the past and this was a nice condo as were the others we stayed in. The best part is the view of the Gulf from the balcony. It was also nice that there were beach chairs in the closet. We had no children, so we did not use any of the other beach equipment, but for a family with kids it would be very nice to have.

THE BEST.

I have to start out by saying we can’t wait to stay here again!! I am not the one to review anything, but had to review this one. We absolutely loved this place!! They have anything and everything you need for the beach. Such a perfect neighborhood! House was super clean and owner got back to me super quick with anything we needed!! Also it is the perfect location for a short walk to the beach!!

This property is in a good area. Although across the street from the ocean you still get a really amazing view. The owner was pleasant, nice restaurants really close by. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!!

We have always stayed at Caribbean Dunes in the Crystal Beach area. It is family friendly and just across the street from the beach. Our recent stay was as good as always. Our host was wonderful and very prompt with requests or questions. The condo was perfect for us and we had a beautiful view of the water. We love the beach, but will have to say it’s a shame the city doesn’t allow more public beach access. The areas next to us were virtually empty while so many people were crammed into a very small beach space. But after 5pm, the beach opens up. Still had a great time and will always go with Caribbean Dunes!

We were very happy with the stay - just a few minor things to mention. We could have used more forks, and I was sent an incorrect pool access code. And the hair dryer does not work. Other than that, all was good. Thank you!!

We love to travel and have seen a great deal of the world. We were very impressed when we took our vacation here in 2008. We made decision to come back each year and the best way to do it is to buy our own place. We decided to share such a beautiful place with others December of 2012.
