With 2 bathrooms equipped with a relaxing bathtub . Guests can unwind in style!! Enjoying all of the pleasant amenities of home! Conveniently located 20 min. from Bloomington and 25 min. to I70. There is a small creek along the back of the property and is adjacent to a pay lake! Covered parking and outdoor seating areas. Down town Spencer is just a short drive, with several local destinations, such as Main Street Coffee, Civilian Brewery, Hiking at McCormick's creek State park or Greens Bluff nature Preserve, Finish your day with a glass of wine and a dessert at Owen Valley Winery! We look forward to hosting you at our vacation home!
