Tiki stay

The inside of Condo was great and clean! I appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes,pans,towels, and appliances at my disposal. Also I’m glad toilet paper and napkins were supplied.The outside property was disappointing due to the grass being tall and was not cut until the very last day I was leaving. The pool was not maintained well, it was filthy, because of the many kids in the pool everyday, during the afternoon and evening which made the pool filthy so i could not enjoy it to the fullest. Lastly, all the staff was friendly and polite!

Great place!

This place was perfect for my husband, myself and our two pups. Super clean, yard access, and we could get to beach and back with no problem. You can tell the property management takes pride in the location and on maintenance plans as air filters were changed out during our stay. Will definitely book this place again thank you

Great Location

Great location just steps away from the beach, close to the pool as well. Wash off station next to beach. Very clean. Perfect for small family or a couple. Check in was easy. My 5th time staying at the Tiki and always have a good time.

Weekend Getaway to South Padre Island

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, room was clean with a beachy vibe. Biggest perk was that the room location was right off the beach, only a few steps 1-2 minute walk. We got a chance to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the beach. Check-in instructions were easy to understand. Heidi provided clear details on parking at the Tiki as well. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

This is our second stay at this property, two consecutive years. We came back because we loved it so much! It’s a little gem at SPI. Highly recommend…just a few steps from the beach and next two live music restaurants. Hope we can make it back next year.

Perfect Beach Condo

We’ve booked this condo twice and it’s the perfect location and amenities. This time we took our dog and two kids. We like the security that walks around keeping everything calm. We enjoy the band playing next door and the fireworks on Friday and Saturday. You can see the beach from the patio! We will be back next year!

Anniversary getaway

The condo was perfect for our little weekend getaway and we love that we were able to bring our fur babies with us. We always enjoy staying at the Tiki and this condo didn't disappoint. We will definitely be booking another stay soon!

Weekend getaway

This is a great little condo for a weekend getaway with pets! Nicely decorated, clean, and has a nice patio very close to the ocean! My dogs enjoyed the large grassy area right outside. Of note, there is a large hotel next door with a resort style pool and bar/nightclub with large open windows that is extremely loud until midnight, so for people looking for something quiet, this probably isn’t for you.

Great weekend getaway

Unit was very close to beach, we were able to enjoy music from Bar Louie and Live music from Clayton’s after bar Louie closed. It was a perfect size for us, not to big to maintain like back home lol. Heidi, our host was very quick to respond for any questions or concerns I had. Besides hearing the hubby/son complain about the toilet being extremely close to the shower doors it was an overall great stay.

Nice beach community

Nice community right on the beach that's far enough north on the island for quiet relaxation and still close enough to the south for great restaurants and activities. This condo was clean and well equipped. Had a great stay.

The stay was so much fun and absolutely beautiful! The host was immediately available when needed and the condo was immaculate! There was a bottle of wine in the fridge for us too! I recommend 100%!

Would love to stay here again

Cute condo. Great location. Beautiful, clean beach a short walk a way. Patio overlooks the dog park so having people walk by at odd hours only down side. Would definitely stay there again.
