About this property

Historic 1895 2-bedroom house walking distance to everything in Cripple Creek

Full of character and charm, this rustic and historic 2-bedroom house in Cripple Creek is perfect for those who want the convenience of walking to everything in historic downtown Cripple Creek. The home is approximately three and a half blocks North of E. Bennett Ave, Cripple Creek’s main drag. Most of Cripple Creek’s casinos, restaurants, shops and annual events happen on or just around E. Bennett Ave.

The home is just over 1,000 square feet. With two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds, your guests will be comfortable during your stay. The property has WiFi, a washing machine and dryer. The Living Room looks right out of the early period from which the house was built…complete with taxidermy and two ceiling fans. There is a leather sofa and chair along with two additional upholstered sitting chairs for comfort and entertaining. The Television is equipped with Roku for access to all your internet entertainment and apps, as well as a DVD player and some DVD movies provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. The only thing missing is a dishwasher…so bring your best dish cleaning skills! The bathroom is rustic but with modern conveniences and is equipped with a hair dryer. Enjoy all that Cripple Creek has to offer when you stay at our place.

We are applying for a Historic Preservation grant to paint the exterior.
