This experience was a disaster. When I booked I was sent an email by PREMIER PADS with my room number and code to the door. When we arrived on Saturday march 8th we went to the room number given and entered the code and opened the door, we were shocked when we found out someone was already staying in that room!! This was very embarrassing and awkward. Luckily the guy that was staying in there was calm but it could have been really bad. I dialed the number to PREMIER PADS multiple times and there was no answer. I also sent a msg. They responded “Hey! Your room number is **” At that point I didn’t feel comfortable or safe to even stay on the property. I called VRBO and they were very nice and accommodating. PREMIER PADS unfortunately has not been so easy to communicate with. VRBO was able to connect me with someone for PREMIER PADS, she blamed the system on sending us the wrong email. I told her that I no longer felt comfortable about staying on the property and wanted a full refund for the terrible experience. She said she had to contact the owner and I have yet to hear a response from anyone. By far the WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE.
