This waterfront cottage is located on Beach Point in North Truro. It offers unobstructed views of Cape Cod Bay and the Pilgrim Monument. Having 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double beds and 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms is a nice bonus too. Sip your morning coffee or eat your evening dinner enjoying the gorgeous sunsets from your private deck or cast a line to fish from the shore line. Located on Shore Road, you can easily catch the shuttle into Provincetown for dinner, catch a show, shopping or to enjoy the galleries. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own. THIS IS A SUNDAY-SUNDAY PROPERTY

Reviewer Comments: We have been renting this property for 20+ years and we are as delighted as we have ever been. Three notes though: the property next door (to the left as you are exiting the 392 driveway) has a bush that obscures the fast oncoming traffic to the left -- very dangerous to say the least. Could you persuade the neighbor to trim it drastically to prevent a collision?The sliding door in the living room is difficult to properly lock.Also, the bushes underneath the clothesline in front of the house needs trimming, so one can easily access it.Thanks again for a terrific two weeks,Mike and Sara Pardy

You are basically on top of the bay, which is truly unbelievable. Seeing the bird life was magnificent and we even saw a seal! The only drawback was the traffic noise from 6A. It wasn't noticeable from the master bedroom but was from the other two. It might not bother many, but it did bother me. I'm still thinking of renting it again, however.

Also there is not enough silverware etc for a house of 6 guests. Finally, the refigerator door has a rack missing making it hard to store food items.
