About this property
Puget Island Paradise: lovely 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with waterfront views
Discover the beauty of Cathlamet and Puget Island from this 3-bedroom house. This adorable property features 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds with 1 1/2 baths, perfect for a family or group of friends. With amenities like AC, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and grill, guests can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay. You'll have use of the deck, dock and yard with ample parking. You'll love waking up here to the river life. Curl up with a book and watch the otters, osprey, raccoons and eagles. Or bring a bike and take a cruise around the island. It's flat! Canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding are popular here as well as boating and of course, fishing for salmon, steelhead and sturgeon. You can launch at the marina in town and tie up on our dock. Explore Cathlamet with its beautiful marina and cute shops. Take the 15 minute ferry to the Oregon side and drive an hour to the historic town of Astoria. From there, go up the coast to Long Beach or drive south to Seaside. Come back up the Washington side for a gorgeous drive along the spectacular Columbia river. There's plenty to do if that's your thing. Hanging out in town? Have breakfast at The Cottage and lunch at Patty Cake's. Be sure to visit the Mile 38 Brewery down at the waterfront where the views are as good as the brews!

I grew up in this house and am now co-owner with my sister. Our mom spent half of her life here and we still enjoy spending time here even though she is no longer with us.

We love the serenity of the surroundings as well as the potential for activities on and near the water
