It’s walking distance to a great yoga, studio, coffee, shops, restaurants, bakeries, I can walk downtown, but I love the serenity of the quiet backyard

What makes this property unique

Everyone that walks into this house, loves it… It was built by one the original Biltmore property inspectors by hand for his daughter ,, the first female elected legislature in the south who made history
The quality and workmanship are wonderful ,. All original floors, fireplaces and moldings and architectural details in the house remain while the local hand built, kitchen and bathroom vanities, echo the character of the original house all the modern conveniences are available.
