I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the beach/river and playing board games.

The reason I like being a host is because I get to share my beautiful home with you guys.

Why they chose this property

I choose this neighborhood because it’s close enough to the ‘life of the city’, but is tucked away so as to provide peace and quiet. Also because it’s a gated community that provides 24/7 security.

There are views of lush green mountains from the property. A river runs along one of the edges of the community. The community members are welcoming.

What makes this property unique

Within the community, the property’s location to other residences is close enough so that you feel included, yet secluded enough for you to enjoy your peace and quiet.
