Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay very much !! The property was just as described! Clean , roomy , had everything we needed and the location was perfect ! Perfect view and located at the public beach access ! We will be staying here again in future No issues what so ever

There was no clearance instructions on what room we were staying in. Or how to get a parking pass. All that was sent to me was a room code. But now that I know what to do we will be staying there again.

Beautiful location

The location was perfect for us! We were walking distance from the beach, the residents and staff in the condo were pleasant and the condo itself was clean and easy to manage at check-out.

Perfect Location

Property was great. Super clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 3 kids there for a baseball tournament. The location to the beach couldn't have been any better. A super easy walk across the street. Our view from the massive balcony was amazing for morning coffee and for fireworks on the 4th. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The only small issue was that the bedroom windows face the walkway with super bright lights so all night it lights up the rooms. Could definitely use different window treatments. Other than that everything was great. Would most definitely stay again.

Amazing! Just as described!

We had a great stay here. The beach is right across the street. The pool was nice and never overcrowded. Our view was amazing. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim each day. The condo is as described and as pictured. The appliances are all modern and up to date. We would definitely stay here again.

We have 7 people in our family and we felt the space was ideal. Not too big, not too small. Will definitely come back! Only suggestion would be to add some weights to the fitness room.

Amazing! Beautiful view! Definitely recommend. Beds where a tad too firm, but after a day on the beach and doing tourist stuff it didn’t matter. Gulf Shore, Orange Beach, and Foley will wear you out! The cleanliness of the hotel was great, except the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. It could stand to be replaced! Within our stay we accumulated a lot of trash, and the convenience of having trash shoots being soo close by was a blessing! We had friends staying in other condos & they were told to set the temp higher. So it was nice to keep the temp at a lower setting than others we knew of. I love the door key, very convenient!! My girls enjoyed getting to the door first to open the door. Overall stay was pleasant, comfortable & worth it! Will be telling friends and family!

Unit was so clean, beds so comfy, love all the nice furniture on the patio-felt like home away from home with an AMAZING ocean view! We will stay here again and again!

Beautiful Condo with the best balcony

Check in process EASY! Views are amazing. Comfortable beds, gorgeous decor, fully stocked kitchen with every tool or appliance you could possibly need to prepare your family’s meals. Very large bathrooms. Communication and solution with host was great with the few small issues we had. Set up perfect for all ages with Xbox, games, books, TV, etc. Walk to beach from condo about 5-6 minutes- BRING A FOLD UP WAGON to cart beach gear back and forth. The balcony is just as perfect as pictured. Plenty of seating. We had coffee & cocktails there daily! Downfalls- One elevator isn’t working which leaves just ONE steaming hot elevator for the entire Sanibel Resort and there were times we would wait with anxious kids for up to 20 minutes. The residents there said it hasn’t worked in weeks and everyone packs in like sardines. Not the hosts fault though. Second- there isn’t anywhere to walk to for entertainment such as live music, drinks, or restaurants. The pool is a good size but deepest point is 4 ft. Makes it a little difficult for Adult Swimming but great for little ones. Fitness center is clean but only has 4 cardio items, no weights. Sauna is nice. Overall this is a great property to rent, traffic is light, not over crowded beach, great hosts, and great space. Would rent again.

July 2021 Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sanibel unit 1005 and loved the amazing views. It truly felt like our home away from home. It was very comfortable and clean and we had zero complaints. It is a short walk across the street to the beach and very close to all the restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here, and I'm sure we will again in the future!

June 2021 Stay

We had a great time once again at Sanibel. The unit was clean and ready upon arrival (we got here super early and decided to walk the beAch until the unit was ready@4pm) was very well stocked with everything needed to have ‘home’ cooked meals daily! The only complaint I have about our stay is the pool closure for our entire stay. It would have been good to know that the pool wasn’t operating PRIOR to our booking or arrival. Other than that - we had a great family vacation at Sanibel once again. This was our 2nd time and we will be back for a 3rd.. hopefully with the pool going again!! I do have a suggestion , however..maybe some sort of first aid kit should be provided or available in the units! Also, the coke vending machines are AWESOME. Coke’s are cold and CHEAP which was a huge help!! We slept 7 and a toddler very comfortably in our unit. Everything was nice and clean— very high end feel! Thanks Sanibel! See you next year!!
