This lovely one bedroom unit, located in the Royal Kahana Resort has beautiful sweeping views across the water including the islands of Lanai and Molokai. You can enjoy the water view and spectacular sunsets from the lania, living room and bedroom. The Royal Kahana is centrally located between the Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts, in the quiet community of Kahana. Royal Kahana's ideal location means that guests are within minutes of all of the activities that make Maui the #1 vacation destination in the world.
There is a spacious beachfront swimming pool, beach front BBQ/picnic area, comprehensive on-site fitness room, ping pong table, and many more amenities are included. Swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and surfing are all at their best on the beach right in front of the resort. The unit is decorated in island decor and includes king size bed, sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV in the living room and bedroom, and large walk through closet. The kitchen and bathroom have been ungraded with granite counter tops. Parking is available on site. Parking is $18.00 per day, and must be paid at the Royal Kahana front desk. TA-027-479-6544-01

Beautiful Maui

We loved the condo that we stayed in. There was a lovely patio with a gorgeous ocean view for breakfast and happy hour. The area had beautiful vistas, lovely beaches and fun food trucks nearby. The condo itself was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We were sad to leave!

Great Sunsets

Royal Kahana is located in a great spot. The view from our lanai was very beautiful as were the sunsets each evening. The building is dated but it really didn’t matter. The unit we rented was clean and neat and came with everything we needed. It could use new windows or weatherstripping as the wind howl Through the apartment was loud. We remedied that by opening the doors and windows. The pool was heated and nice and the bbq area was great. The bbqs were very clean and worked great. The staff on site were all very friendly. We would stay here again.

Beautiful view of ocean

This was a beautiful condominium. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. We had an issue with the sleeper couch and called the owner. They were very responsive and caring. It needed a new mattress and the next day it was brought in and replaced. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo

Very nice condo overlooking the ocean and pool. Clean and had everything needed for a great vacation. Bed is very comfortable. Plenty of parking and restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Maui Vacation May 2024

Cheri is an amazing host. Check in process and communication was smooth. Their home is beautiful and clean. We spent afternoons on the balcony reading, talking and watching turtles swim by. This trip was like a second honeymoon for us and we were able to decompress from our normal daily busy life. We plan to rent from them again in the future.

Maui and the whales

We had a wonderful stay on Maui in this property. We enjoyed all the kitchen supplies and equipment available for us. While we didn’t do much cooking, we never needed something that wasn’t there. There were plenty of water and picnic supplies. We liked having a cooler to take along so we could have cold drinks and snacks where ever we wandered. And the we could stop at our convenience and pick up groceries without a special trip. There were a couple of minor things that came up, including a problem with the tv. As it turned out, it may have been operator error. They came out on New Year’s Day to help but we had figured out what went wrong before they arrived. The service representative checked several TV related things while he was there And we didn’t have any further problems. The unit was very clean, supplies were plentiful and we loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. We would definitely stay at the unit again if going to Maui!

We loved it. Balcony overlooking the pool & beach. Everything we needed in the apartment and yo make our stay perfect, here and as we ventured out. Great location, within 25 minutes of every place we wanted to go. Extremely quiet as well and staff super nice. We loved it.

Beautiful and comfortable stay

The view from the lanai was so picturesque and serene The calming sound of the waves felt so good. The apartment was very clean with no bugs and had everything we needed from linens, toiletries to utensils in kitchen. Very well equipped with prompt communication by Cheri. Would love to come back!!

Excellent condo and amazing view!

My wife and I stayed here for our trip to Maui. This was a special trip since we got married. This condo was amazing and served all of our needs for our wedding vacation. We loved eating breakfast on the lanai, then catching the stunning sunsets at night. It was nice using the full kitchen to cook so we did not have to eat out every meal. The condo was fully stocked and had all we needed. Great location near some amazing beaches as well. Thanks for the stay and I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Great views. Clean property. Location was convenient. Great views of sunrise and sunsets. Had an issue with water pressure. Emailed owner, got a call with 15 minutes. Quick response. About the only complaint i had was the elevator response was a bit slow. Property was well maintained. Would definitely stay again! Mahalo

Great Views & Wonderful Staff

Everything was perfect as the owners described. They were responsive to our every need. The only negative was the noise of the leaf blowers that roared for 2 hrs every morning and the noise from the repairs in the condo next to ours. But, I am sure if the owners or the staff had any control over the situations described they would have promptly taken care of them. Thank You for a wonderful stay.

Lovely condo with an amazing view of the ocean

We were very happy with this pretty condo and pleasantly surprised to see that the kitchen was well-stocked with everything one could need for meals but also a fridge with mustard, dressings, etc. plus a cupboard with few staples and coffee filters. Moreover, there were tons of towels, more than we could use! We never used the beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. provided but felt that was another great addition. The pool and pool area is lovely and kept clean, as are the barbecues, which are well-used. The owner was always super prompt with any questions I had and was very gracious about letting us have a late check-out due to our late flight. Our one suggestion is that the mattress be replaced. It's too "sinky" and a bit lumpy. The pillows too could be upgraded. Other than that, we loved our stay at this condo.

Awesome condo and views for a vacation

We loved everything about the stay here. We came in May and the winds were a bit breezy at times. The condo was packed with everything we needed except coffee and creams. However we were able to enjoy the coffee downstairs and McDonald’s was across the street and over so we walked there for our coffee. We did buy Hawaiian coffee and it was amazing. We bought our own groceries for a few meals and bbq’d downstairs a few nights since we were there 7 nights. The kitchen has every utensil needed for cooking. This is the most relaxing stay we have had in many years! I recommend it any time! The beach is fabulous and we saw the turtles every day in the water! The staff and Ben was very helpful outside. The air and the natural breezes kept the place very comfortable and I like a cool place. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels. It was very very clean when we arrived. We didn't hear any neighbors the entire time except when windows were open and if they were walking by talking. The condo is at a great location with McDonald’s nearby, the ABC store down the street and Dolly’s across the street has fantastic pizza and drinks with an awesome local vibe, Cheri, we didn’t meet you but so enjoyed the hospitality given to us. We can’t wait to wait to Come back and will definitely look to book with you again with Vrbo. Thank you it was a great 40th anniversary for us!!
