About this property

This Asheville cottage boasts 1 inviting bedroom with a cozy queen bed. AC, WiFi, and heating are just a few of the excellent amenities. The cottage is 400 square feet which is approximately the size of a large hotel suite. Enjoy AC and heat, bathroom with lush towels, shampoo and conditioner, hand cut soap, bath robes and queen size sheets.

We have a Roku TV, ( which provides Netflix, Amazon, Sling TV, Hulu, CBS News, Google Play, VUDU and PBS,) wifi and a radio for entertainment. We do not have conventional cable.

The kitchen area has a toaster oven, microwave, two burner electric counter top stove, coffee maker, French press and mini frig. Utensils, cooking tools, pots/pans, and all dinnerware. Salt and pepper and cooking oil.

Please be aware per the permit department of the city of Asheville we are not permitted to have a sink in the bathroom AND the kitchenette area. Therefore there is one large sink in the cottage.
